Terms of Service
These terms apply to Cube Jump, a browser game operated by DevCake AB. By using Cube Jump, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game. Contact us at hello@devcake.se.
1. Playing the game
Cube Jump is currently free to play. You can play as a guest, on a shared device, or in an online room. Optional Discord sign-in lets you save eligible scores to your account and take part in public leaderboards.
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. Discord sign-in also requires an eligible Discord account and is subject to Discord's terms.
2. Accounts and public names
Keep your Discord account and room rejoin credentials secure. Use an account you are entitled to use. Your player name appears to other players and can appear on leaderboards with your scores. Choose a name that does not reveal information you want to keep private.
Do not impersonate another person or use names that are unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, or infringe someone else's rights.
3. Fair play
Do not cheat, submit fabricated scores, exploit bugs to manipulate rankings, disrupt rooms, overload the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to access someone else's account or private data. Report bugs and abusive behavior to hello@devcake.se.
We can reject or remove invalid scores and abusive names, and restrict access when necessary to protect players or the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction or score removal was a mistake.
4. Scores, saved games, and availability
Guest records and unfinished local games are stored in your browser. Clearing browser data can remove them. Online rooms are temporary, and server restarts or connection problems can end a game. Ranked scores must pass server checks; a game is not guaranteed to produce a saved score or leaderboard entry.
We may update game rules, correct rankings, change features, or suspend the service for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage of games or scores.
5. Game content
DevCake AB and its licensors retain their rights in the game's code, artwork, sound, and other content. You may use Cube Jump for personal play and share screenshots or recordings of your games. This does not transfer ownership of the game or grant rights to third-party brands.
You retain any rights you have in a player name or other content you provide. You allow us to store and display that content as needed to operate your account, rooms, and leaderboards, subject to the Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy and leaving the service
Our Privacy Policy explains the data we process and how to request access, correction, or deletion. You can stop playing at any time. To delete your Cube Jump account and associated personal data, email hello@devcake.se. Signing out or removing Cube Jump from Discord's authorized apps does not by itself delete data already stored by Cube Jump.
Vercel Web Analytics is optional and starts only with your separate permission. Agreeing to these terms or continuing to play does not grant analytics permission. You can refuse or withdraw it in Cookie settings and keep using the game.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, we provide the game as available without guarantees that it will be error-free or meet every expectation. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected claims, and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Swedish law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and court rights that apply where you live. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
8. Changes and contact
We will publish changes here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or use of the game, we will provide a notice in the game before it takes effect where required by law.
